Morgan Dowd

Undergraduate Student

I am an undergraduate student at UNBC studying Wildlife and Fisheries and am currently working towards completing my honours degree with Dr. Martins. I am using data obtained from snorkel surveys in the Parsnip Region to estimate abundances of Arctic Grayling and Bull Trout. I grew up in Southern Manitoba and have been a Field Operations Technician on a research vessel on Lake Winnipeg since 2018. My future plans are to pursue a Master’s degree in Fish Ecology and work in Manitoba studying fish in the lakes and rivers I grew up on.
